One of the most powerful techniques in marketing is the ability to enter the conversation that is already going on in your customer’s minds.

With your marketing you can:

  • Answer any objections they might have
  • Answer any questions they are thinking about
  • Take away doubt
  • Give them the preponderance of evidence that your product and service is the best
  • Answer why they should do business with you and not your competition
  • Risk reversal (a guarantee)
  • Make a big, bold promise
  • Make an irresistible offer

These are just some of the things that your customers are thinking about before they give you their money. Answer them with your marketing.

Associate your marketing with what is current and timely (locally or worldwide). Obviously, we have lots of news going on right now.

Here are a few ideas for you to use in your marketing:

  • The election in the US
  • Kids going back to school
  • Seasons changing
  • Sporting events and playoffs
