Last weekend I was able to take a day and spend it at Universal Studios in Orlando when I was speaking at the Foodservice show in Orlando.

What an incredible experience if you are a Harry Potter fan, and my daughter is. It was like being in the movie. They create a memorable experience that you can’t help telling others about.
