That happened to us this weekend. There were 8 of us, and it was a large corporate chain restaurant. I understood why, sort of, but nobody else did. Here lies the danger of altering your level of service and operations.

Everyone is hurting for qualified staff right now, especially restaurants. Over 1.8 million jobs are available in the U.S. alone in the hospitality industry. And this is no fault of yours. That’s tough.
