But let me tell you what I’m talking about first. When I had my restaurants and catering company between 1984 and 2008. I had one catering contract that was worth a million dollars. It’s what started me in the marketing world. My friend Rory Fatt, a hugely successful restaurant marketing guru, gave me an opportunity to get up on stage at one of his events and sell a marketing kit for restaurant owners that wanted to learn catering.
The basis for that kit was my Million Dollar catering contract. And everyone I ever talk with about catering wants to know how I got that contract. The funny thing is it cost me less than $20 to get it.
